We empower justice-involved youth with financial literacy, career training, and mentorship so they can secure stable, well-paying jobs and lasting independence. Since 2022, we’ve helped 300+ students avoid incarceration. We believe lasting change happens when people gain the tools to help themselves, breaking cycles of poverty and justice involvement.
