A couple recently came to our clinic pregnant with their fourth child, burdened by anxiety and three past abortions. They were uncertain about the future, but excited to become parents this time. After an initial ultrasound couldn’t confirm the pregnancy due to its early stage, our provider, Jessica, scheduled a follow-up ultrasound the next week. When they returned, they received the joyous news: their baby had a heartbeat.
