Vector Space, a nonprofit community makerspace in Lynchburg, Virginia, is one of many organizations that have stepped up to provide PPE for local healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our efforts have been successful because of the network of makers collected under the Nation of Makers organization. We have gained from and contributed to the field of knowledge, to ensure safe and efficient production and dissemination of protective gear for essential workers on the front lines.
