In support of Stress Awareness Month, Virginia High Performance is teaming up with Velocity & Vintages for Vets to combat the effects of allostatic load in our Military and Veterans!

These men and women are like high performance race cars that run in the red year after year. Sometimes a pit stop may be all they get in a year before they are right back out on the "track"/deployment. This op tempo is only sustainable for so long before the "machine" starts declining in performance.

This is where VHP comes in. A team of licensed professionals will use a myriad of tools and assessments to design and implement individualized programs specific to each persons needs and goals. We were designed to be the garage. Where we can bring these military and veterans into a zero stress environment for four weeks; tear these machines down to parade rest and go through every part before putting them back together and getting them back onto the "track" and back to their families.
