Valleyfest Program Advertising and Sponsorship Donations

Dear Music Enthusiasts and Supporters,

We are thrilled to announce that the 46th annual Valleyfest will take place this fall on Saturday, October 11 - the largest marching band competition in the State of Iowa. This event will feature over 35 marching bands, with more than 4,000 student musicians and over 10,000 spectators.

We are reaching out with a heartfelt request for you to consider advertising at this year's Valleyfest. This all-day event offers exposure to thousands of high school students and adults from across Iowa and neighboring states. Your name and logo could be prominently displayed in the program, on banners, or even on the stadium scoreboard. Your advertising fee will help musicians and schools who might not otherwise attend a competition of this caliber and provide our students with access to instruments, uniforms, music, and supplies, regardless of income level.

We invite you to review the enclosed form and consider supporting our efforts to keep Valley High School Bands a vibrant part of the West Des Moines community. We offer several advertising opportunities, and all donations are tax-deductible.
