Find Your Light & Brighten The World

Mission

Virginia's Song Foundation: History & Mission We lost our precious Virginia Larins Hollis on July 4, 2025 in the Guadalupe River flooding at Camp Mystic. While our hearts are broken, she taught us that a beautiful existence is made up of the dreams we chase, the talents we nurture, and the love we share. Virginia had 8 endlessly creative, wildly curious, and brilliantly gifted years. She excelled at piano, art, rodeo, dance, chess, golf, soccer, archery and so much more. When we realized how many children have incredible gifts hidden inside them but lack the resources to develop their talents, we felt Virginia guiding us here. Mission: Our fund intends to support children in chasing their dreams and developing the wonderful talent in their soul. They can then share their triumphs in Virginia's honor, passing on her profound love of life. The fund will focus on developing youth talents in: (1) Athletics & Outdoors (2) Performing & Visual Arts (3) Academic, STEM & Literary Pursuits (4) Faith Based (5) Ranching, Agriculture & Culinary Arts March 23, 2026 would have been Virginia's 9th birthday. To remember her and celebrate her favorite things, we will be hosting our first Virginia's Song Fundraiser on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at "The Compound" in Round Top, Texas. We welcome families to come support her legacy foundation and enjoy a beautiful day celebrating Virginia's favorite things! For more details and ticket information, see "Events" Tab at the top of your page.
