Visible Voices is a four-part film and advocacy series on Bainbridge Island bringing together intersectional storytelling, community dialogue, and survivor-centered awareness around domestic and sexual violence and child abuse.

Curated advocacy-focused film program generating awareness and fundraising for Joyful Heart Foundation (National, NYC based) and Abused Deaf Women’s Advocacy Services (Seattle-based).

Why This Matters
This series bridges film, advocacy, and lived experience to foster awareness and connection—while ensuring that cost is not a barrier to participation.
Sponsors play a direct role in:
• Expanding access
• Supporting survivor voices
• Strengthening community engagement
Funds are collected for event production costs. Net proceeds will be distributed to Abused Deaf Women’s Advocacy Services (ADWAS) and Joyful Heart Foundation, 50/50. Full accounting will be publicly shared post-event.
