Giving Tuesday

Last Giving Tuesday, this community showed up in a powerful way. You believed in the vision of a digital wellness library, a place where anyone, anywhere in Montana could access practices and teachings that support nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and holistic healing. Because of you, we built the foundation.

Now, we’re ready to bring it fully to life.

The platform is nearly complete. The structure is here. Our website will have a new home and make over. There will be a place for community engagement. We even have a small collection of videos ready to welcome our first visitors. All of this will be launching January 2026!

But a library with only a few offerings is just the beginning. To truly serve rural Montana, to honor the grit, wisdom, and resilience of this place, we need to fill the shelves with more trauma-informed classes, practices, and teachings.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re asking for your help to fill those shelves with videos, guided practices, workshop recordings, and resources created by Montanans, for Montanans. Honoring the grit, wisdom, and lived resilience of the people who know what it means to weather storms, both literal and emotional.

What We’re Creating

A digital wellness academy crafted specifically for rural Montana, offering:

  • Trauma-informed video teachings
  • Guided meditations and yoga practices
  • Workshop recordings
  • Articles and written resources
  • Accessible practices

Our brand-new website will also include a small space for connection and reflection, because healing and transformation deepen within healthy relationship and supportive community, even if that community is online.

This library is part of our long-term vision at Vibrant Lives of Montana: to equip our state: our ranchers, teachers, caregivers, parents, youth, first responders, elders, and neighbors, with practical tools that support vibrant, grounded, connected living.

Why This Matters for Montana

In a state as wide and rural as ours, access matters, but so does the type of support available.

Not everyone can make it to a weekly class. Not everyone can afford therapy. Not every rural community has local wellness resources, or any resources at all.

And even when therapy is accessible, traditional talk therapy alone is not enough for many people.

Montanans often heal best through embodied practices, self-paced tools, and approaches that honor the wisdom of the body, breath, land, and lived experience.

Our digital wellness library removes barriers and expands what healing can look like.

It means:

  • A single parent can practice yoga before sunrise.
  • A young adult can learn breathwork in the quiet of their dorm room.
  • A rancher can use a grounding meditation after a long, demanding day.
  • A teacher can access nervous system tools between classes.

This is wellness that meets people where they are, in their homes, on their land, on their schedule. All while honoring Montana’s signature blend of grit, practicality, and quiet, enduring strength.

Where Your Donation Goes

Creating high-quality, trauma-informed, Montana-rooted content takes time, care, and expertise. Your donation allows us to:

  • Compensate Montana-based facilitators and teachers
  • Produce and edit video content that is accessible and high quality
  • Expand the library with more meditations, classes, and workshops
  • Curate resources aligned with our mission of accessible, whole-person healing for rural communities

Together, We’re Building Something Montana Truly Needs

You helped us lay the foundation.

Now, with your support, we’ll fill this digital library with resources that will serve rural Montana for years to come.

Thank you for believing in this vision and for believing in the strength, wisdom, and resilience that define our Montana communities.
