In order to continue to grow our capacity and impact on homelessness in Chattanooga, Hamilton County and the State of Tennessee, we are in need of funding. We spent a huge amount of our time in January, February and March moving residents, gathering food boxes and acquiring furniture to fill their empty apartments. 

So now, we are playing funding catch-up. 

Non-profits are funded by grants, contracts and donations.

Transparency alert: most of our salaries come from donations, or they should. Yes, we write grants. All the time. All the time we are writing the grants. But alot of times, grants are project specific and not able to cover general operations needs, like salaries, insurance and wi-fi. 

Individual donations from supporters like you is in large part how Help Right Here is able to provide post housing support to our former 12th & Peeples residents and continue to work toward a transitional, micro-housing Village.

Our goal is to raise $20,000 by April 30, 2024.
