VSSN's Peppermint Pink Women's Health Lounge

The Peppermint Pink Women’s Health Lounge is a mobile wellness experience that serves veterans and veteran-linked women & gender-diverse persons. Every event focuses on caregivers, Golden Age women, young ladies, maternal and child health, reproductive health, and spouses. 

With a minimum expected reach of 1,200 attendees per event, and six signature events annually, we invite sponsors—whether one-time small business allies, community-first partners, or exclusive industry leaders—to join us in creating inclusive, healing spaces that strengthen the health of the entire veteran household.

Every Peppermint Pink Women’s Health Lounge event is centered on veterans and veteran-linked women & gender-diverse persons, with a focus on five key sub-populations. Each sponsorship ensures these groups receive tailored wellness supports.

🌸 Caregivers
Spouses, family members, and others providing daily support in veteran households.

👵 Golden Age Women
Seniors and elders needing mobility, aging, and long-term health supports.

👧 Young Ladies (Tweens & Teens)
Mentorship, reproductive health education, and resilience-building for early wellness.

Mothers, infants, and children supported with maternal wellness, child health, and parenting resources.

💜 Reproductive Health & Spouses
Supporting women and gender-diverse spouses with reproductive and mental health needs.

Event Reach & Expectations

• Each event is designed to reach a minimum audience of 1,200 attendees, creating meaningful sponsor visibility.

• Each sponsorship requires a two-event commitment for impact continuity.

• Sponsorships $10,000 or more may be paid monthly and do not require full payment prior to each sponsored event.

• Sponsorships under $10,000 must be paid in full prior to the event.

• The Lounge is planned to appear at a minimum of six (6) VSSN signature or partnered events annually, from December to December of the next calendar year.

🌟 Annual Impact Partner – $30,000+ (exclusive)

• Presenting sponsor across all six (6) or more annual VSSN signature/partner events.

✨ Signature Event Partner – $20,000+ (non-exclusive)

• Access to up to six (6) annual Lounge activations.

• Flexible payment plan available (monthly installments allowed).

• Full event branding and campaign inclusion with pipeline supportive services

• Access to up to four (4) annual Lounge activations.

• Logo on signage, sponsor wall, and promotional materials.

🌼 Sub-Population Sponsor – $1,800+ per event

• Sponsor a specific sub-population focus area at one Lounge activation.

• Two-event commitment required.

• Logo listed on shared sponsor signage.

• Recognition during event programming and social media thank-you.

• Must be paid in full before each event. Choose monthly options to spread the love over time.

🛍️ One-Time Small Business Sponsor – $599 + In-Kind

• Designed for local small businesses that want to support the Lounge without a full sponsorship commitment.

• $599 cash contribution plus in-kind goods or services (e.g., refreshments, printing, décor, or volunteer hours).

• Logo included on community partner board at the event.

• Mention in shared social media thank-you post.
