Vermont Cheese Council (VCC) educational programs serve both cheesemakers and the greater community by bringing high-quality educational programs, courses, and classes to cheesemakers, to help them hone their craft, and to the general public, to learn more about Vermont cheesemaking, dairy farming, and agricultural sustainability.
