Join Dave Kovar for a Thanksgiving tradition! Participate in our annual morning Thanksgiving workout at Kovar's Satori Academy Carmichael location for about an hour. For teens and adults only. We will be accepting both canned food donations for local food kitchen and donations for the Satori Foundation.
