From May 16-20, students at Pioneer Elementary, Walt Tyler Elementary, and Mountain Creek Middle School will be participating in a Jogathon. Students will track their laps run during PE each day, and will have 20 minutes to run as many laps as they can during a school-wide jog-a-thon on Friday, May 20. The funds collected will go to the Pioneer USD PTO to help refurbish the tracks at Pioneer Elementary and Mountain Creek Middle School, with any remaining funds going to support mini-grants for special projects as requested by teachers.
