Join the New Community Vision team on a hosted, guided walk of the former Timber Shores property. Each walk will be led by NCV board members and will highlight the important environmental and natural features of the property. Each walk will be kept to a small group size (10), about 2 hours in duration and follow an approximately 1.5 mile, mostly flat loop trail. The Friday, Aug 30 walk will be hosted and led by NCV board president John Sentell. This walk will feature guest docent Larry Mawby, founder of Peninsula Housing. This walk includes a side tangent to view the small upland parcel NCV has designated to be separated from the nature preserve, and to explore attainable housing options in collaboration with Peninsula Housing.
