Urgent support for one of our own youth

“The believers, in their love, mercy, and compassion for one another, are like one body. If one part hurts, the whole body responds with pain and fever.”

Today, one part of our body is hurting and we want to come to its aid  

Maia, the MMY’s Vice President, youth leader, mentor, and friend to many, is undergoing major brain surgery. Anyone who knows her knows the kind of heart she has: always showing up, always serving, always opening her home and her arms to our youth. She is a lifeline to so many.

Now she needs us.

Due to their family dynamics, Maia has been a major financial contributor in their home. With this sudden emergency and a long recovery ahead, ICU, hospitalization, months of rest, and no ability to work, the financial burden on their family is simply too heavy for them to carry alone.

This is the moment for us to step up.

We are launching a fundraiser to help cover 3–4 months of lost income so Maia and her mom can focus on healing, not survival.

Every dollar matters. Whether you can give $5 or $500, it will directly support her family through the hardest chapter of their lives.
