WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

Event Operations & Logistics

Help us bring our mobile production suite to life.

We need volunteers to assist with:
• Laser Tag & Silent Disco: Helping guests with battlesuit fittings and headset distribution during our “Glow Tag” and “Aqua-Disco” events.
• Race Marshaling: Supporting the Infinity Stream 5K by guiding families safely to the finish line at the Mount Princeton water slide.
• Check-In & Gear Return: Managing registration and ensuring our specialized technology is sanitized and ready for the next user.
Mentorship & Professional Skills
Beyond event days, we seek individuals who want to mentor young musicians or provide professional support for our initiatives:
• Musical Mentorship: Sharing your talent to help students prepare for live performances or workshops.
• Technical Training: Guiding our Production Interns as they learn live audio engineering, lighting, and event logistics.
• Creative Support: Lending your professional skills in marketing, photography, or digital media to help tell the story of our impact.
