Seed Partner — $10/month 

Every movement starts with a seed. 

Your support helps plant the foundation for long-term food access in our community.

As a Seed Partner, you’ll receive: 

• Monthly impact updates showing how your support is making a difference • Early access to volunteer opportunities 

• Recognition as a valued member of our community 

Grow Partner — $25/month 

Help grow fresh food where it’s needed most. 

Your partnership helps expand production and reach more families. As a Grow Partner, you’ll receive: 

• Everything in the Seed Partner level 

• Quarterly behind-the-scenes updates on farm growth and partnerships • Invitations to members-only virtual briefings 

• Optional recognition on our website 

Harvest Partner — $50/month 

See the impact of your generosity come full circle. 

Your support helps harvest and distribute fresh produce directly into the community. As a Harvest Partner, you’ll receive: 

• Everything in the Grow Partner level 

• Invitations to our annual member day and farm experience 

• Priority registration for volunteer and community events 

• An annual printed impact snapshot highlighting the difference you helped make

Steward Partner — $100/month

Lead the way in creating lasting food access. 

Stewards play a vital role in sustaining and expanding our mission. 

As a Steward Partner, you’ll receive: 

• Everything in the Harvest Partner level 

• Invitations to an annual Steward Briefing with leadership 

• Recognition as a Sustaining Steward of Vertical Healing Foundation • Optional mission-aligned thank-you item (with tax-deductibility disclosure)
