This year, we are launching our transformative Cohort Program. This focused, community-based model brings men and fathers together in small groups to develop essential job skills, parenting knowledge, and personal growth strategies within a supportive peer network. The cohort approach builds accountability, consistent engagement, and measurable outcomes, helping dads transition to stable employment and stronger family roles.

Why We Need Your Support

To fully launch and sustain the Cohort Program and expand our reach, The Father Center seeks funding and in-kind donations. Your support will enable us to:

- Provide comprehensive training modules including job readiness, financial literacy, parenting education, and trauma recovery.
- Equip participants with necessary materials, technology, and access to certified instructors and workshops.
- Offer childcare and transportation assistance so fathers faced with logistical challenges can consistently participate.
- Foster peer support groups and one-on-one coaching to inspire lasting change.
