This weekend, thousands of volunteers are collecting donations on the streets of Paraguay for the TECHO 2024 fundraising event. The goal is to raise $100K to build homes for over 300 families this year and fund 14 other community infrastructure projects that will impact thousands of families. This is an opportunity to join their efforts.

What is Lapacho Fund?

The Lapacho Fund connects credible, well-vetted Paraguayan NGO’s and US-based funding sources. We serve as a “pass through organization” or “fiscal sponsor” for Paraguayan organizations who are seeking funding from US donors who require, or prefer, that their contributions be made through an organization recognized by the IRS as a public charity under section 501(c)(3).

We make it possible for US funders to have an impact in Paraguay, and for Paraguayan non-profits to expand their potential sources of funding by reaching the US philanthropic market.
