Walk, run, or roll a 4k (2.5 miles) for our 12-04 PKS Kids Walk & Roll 2023 in honor of Pallister-Killian Syndrome Awareness Day!

Pallister-Killian Syndrome is caused by 4 copies of the short arm of chromosome 12 so we chose 4/12 and 12/4 as our awareness days.
