Women Against Mass Incarceration (WAMI) needs your support to advance our work with women and families impacted by the criminal legal system. With your donation, we hope to raise $15,000 to fuel our work, enhance our mission and get our people free through the following programs:

$5,000.00 - Reentry Assistance/ Mutual Aid:
- - We assist with rent, utilities, bills, etc. for justice-impacted women and families
- - We provide funding to indigent women in prison
$5,000.00 - Clemency CT (Sentence Commutation) :
- - We retained an attorney to support the incarcerated women who meet our criteria for clemency/commutation of sentencing
- - We campaign across the state to raise awareness for Clemency in CT
$5,000.00 - Advocacy and Outreach programs:
- - Participatory Defense: Helping families navigate the legal system and court watching
- - Our annual Back to school giveaway & Holiday giveaways for families in need
