War Legacies Project believes that war does not end on the battlefield. We believe that war, and its legacy of destruction, death and sickness, lives on in succeeding generations, in those who had little and nothing to do with war but pay its heaviest price.

For nearly 15 years, we’ve worked in Viet Nam, Laos and Cambodia, and in the U.S., alongside the most vulnerable communities that continue to feel the ongoing legacies of Agent Orange and Explosive Remnants of War.

We bring all legacies born from violent conflicts to light, through developing a greater understanding of their true costs and long-term consequences on human health and the environment—so that we may end them.
