No family should have to choose between food and heat. Help us bring vital winter warmth to vulnerable homes across Lebanon.

The Story

Winter in Lebanon transforms the mountains and valleys into freezing landscapes, but behind closed doors, thousands of families are facing the cold without any protection. Soaring fuel costs, continuous economic hardship, and power cuts have turned basic survival into a daily struggle.

In towns across the Bekaa, the mountains, and beyond, children go to sleep bundled in layers of heavy blankets, waking up to breath visible in their living rooms. For families with little ones, the drop in temperature isn’t just uncomfortable—it is dangerous to their health and well-being.

At Yalla Nour, our mission has always been rooted in restoring dignity, security, and hope. This winter, we are stepping in to ensure that freezing temperatures do not rob vulnerable families of a safe haven.

Where Your Donation Goes

Your support directly funds essential heating resources delivered straight to homes with children and elderly relatives:

* Traditional Diesel Heaters (Sobia): Reliable, high-efficiency space heaters designed to warm entire living areas where families gather.

* Diesel Fuel Subsidies: Fuel vouchers and refills ensuring stoves stay lit through the coldest stretches of the season.

* Thermal Blankets & Winter Bedding: High-density, protective layers for infants and young children during sub-freezing nights.

* Safe Weatherization Kits: Draft stoppers, window seals, and floor insulation mats to keep warmth in and damp chill out.

How You Can Help

* $25 supplies two heavy-duty thermal blankets to keep young children warm at night.

* $50 provides essential weatherization materials to seal windows and doors against freezing drafts.

* $120 funds a month of essential diesel fuel for a family's heating stove.

* $250 equips a home with a full heating unit and an initial reserve of winter fuel.

On-the-Ground Partnership

To ensure every contribution creates an immediate, verified impact, Yalla Nour is teaming with True Vine Ministries in Zahle, Lebanon. Together, our teams are working directly within the community to distribute heating units, winter essentials, and fuel vouchers directly into the hands of the families who need them most.
