Warrior Within Yoga Project uses trauma-informed and evidence-based yoga to equip Veterans and 1st Responders with the tools and training to manage stress, increase resiliency and promote post-traumatic growth.

Working in these settings lends itself to prolonged-exposure to combat and/or operational stress which can catalyze into serious stress-related disorders.

Many service members returning from deployment, come home to face new inner battles. The "yoga toolkit" aids our Warriors for these challenges.

We provide free yoga classes to Veterans & 1st Responders and design tailored programming for Veteran organizations, local Police and Fire Departments across Massachusetts.

As of September 2022, we have officially incorporated as nonprofit in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and are in the process of obtaining our 501(c)3 status which can take up to 5 months to process
