Student Activities Agreement (Ages 18 years and older)

By registering for this class, to the fullest extent allowed by law, you recognized and acknowledged that there are risks in your presence and participation in Abbey Artworks activities, taking place at Saint Joseph Abbey and Seminary College (SJASC). You also agreed to indemnify, hold harmless, waive and relinquish any and all claims you may have against Abbey Artworks and/or SJASC, regardless of whether Abbey Art Works and/or SJASC was at fault in whole or in part.

NOTE: GB* SAINT JOSEPH ABBEY will be the name that appears on the billing statement for this payment.
