Giving Tuesday

On Giving Tuesday, consider supporting Des Moines Water Works Park. This 1,500 acre pandemic oasis offers something for everyone. Biking, hiking, fishing, riding or just enjoying nature and the plethora of activities this urban green space acres makes possible. Water Works Park is not supported through tax dollars like most parks, but is unique in that its use is provided by Des Moines Water Works and enhanced by the Water Works Park Foundation. If you enjoy the park, consider donating to support its ongoing programming and improvements. Or, if you are looking for a unique gift this holiday season, consider honoring or memorializing someone through the purchase of a park bench, picnic table or a ring on the River Constellation Sculpture.
