In creating this conference we hope to inspire and empower others by teaching them about Asian Heritage and highlighting role models to look up to and learn from. Although we’re just starting we want to explore Asian and Pacific Islander culture through explorations with speakers, workshops, and other activities that aim to empower Asian and Pacific Islander minorities on the West Coast. We truly believe that everyone deserves a space to express their culture and hope that the WCASU can serve as a place to do so.
