Watauga Community Housing Trust Operating Fund

Watauga Community Housing Trust operates as a completely volunteer-run organization. In August of 2025 we sold our first permanently affordable home, this was possible because all contributions from community members and membership fees went directly to the purchase and repairs of the first home.

Though we have no paid staff, we still have overhead costs that are necessary to run a sustainable organization that can work effectively at creating attainable housing. This includes food for community members at public meetings, printing costs for fliers and brochures, and subscriptions to necessary services like accounting software. We appreciate your donation to our operating fund to keep WCHT and heading towards our next project.
