About Behind It All Foundation

Behind It All Foundation is a St. Louis nonprofit dedicated to improving the mental and physical well-being of girls, women, and families. Each year, we serve at least 150 participants, providing virtual one-on-one wellbeing coaching, small-group trainings, and interactive wellness events that focus on measurable improvements in mental health, confidence, and life skills.

Our programs address both immediate and long-term needs. For participants facing economic challenges, we provide essential resources such as food, clothing, and wellness materials, ensuring that all enrolled participants can fully engage in our programs. We focus on youth and women of color, ages 6 to 80, prioritizing populations in St. Louis neighborhoods with elevated rates of stress-related health conditions, obesity, and limited access to structured wellness support.

Our goals are quantifiable: increase participants’ self-reported mental wellness scores by 30% over a six-month program, improve coping skills, and strengthen family and peer support networks. Through coaching, trainings, and wellness events, we aim to create tangible improvements in participants’ quality of life, while equipping them with the skills and resources to maintain healthier routines. By combining practical support with targeted wellness programming, Behind It All Foundation empowers participants to take control of their health, make informed lifestyle choices, and achieve measurable improvements in physical and mental well-being.
