Founded in 2018 by Reann Hines, Behind It All Foundation was established with a deep commitment to uplift and empower underserved youth, providing them with the resources and opportunities to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. Our mission is about more than just support—it’s about igniting a lasting transformation in the lives of young people and helping them see the possibilities within themselves.

Today, we lead three impactful programs, each designed to address the unique needs of the youth we serve:

The Annual Toy Giveaway brings joy to 200 children each year during the holiday season. This initiative is about more than just gifts; it’s about offering a moment of happiness, hope, and a reminder that every child deserves the magic of the holidays. Through this event, we show kids that their joy matters and that they are worthy of celebration, no matter what challenges they face.

Girl PowHer is our dedicated program for girls ages 6-19 in St. Louis, focused on empowering them through personalized, one-on-one life coaching. This program nurtures confidence, resilience, and self-esteem in young girls who often face societal pressures. Our goal is to provide them with the tools to rise above challenges and thrive, helping them build the self-assurance to chase their dreams with unwavering confidence.

TRAPPED CEO (Teens Rising Above Poverty Preventing Early Death CEO) is a powerful program aimed at breaking the cycle of violence and poverty that many young people in St. Louis experience. Serving youth ages 14-25, TRAPPED CEO provides safe spaces, entrepreneurial resources, and essential support to help them build a brighter future. This program is more than just a resource; it’s a movement to help young people take control of their lives, create opportunities, and become leaders in their communities.
