Thank you for registering to attend our Weekly Guided Meditation. Our sessions will be held each Tuesday on Zoom. A few things to note:

The time is set from 8:00 am to 8:30 am Pacific Time, though we will still have an additional 15 minutes for anyone who wants to stay on for a Q&A.
Because it is two 15-minute meditations back to back with only a bell rung at mid-point, we can only let people in at the beginning.
Please do your best to arrive on time at 8:00 a.m.
If you are more than five minutes late, please join us the following week. We cannot let anyone in after the first five minutes because the Instructor will also be meditating during this time.

Below is the log-in information. All subsequent sessions will use the same link. Please keep this information in your diary or calendar.

3. Click on [Join A Meeting] at the top right of the web page

4. Enter the Meeting ID into the field and then press [Join]: 812 8555 395

If you need any assistance, please reach out prior to the start of the session by emailing us at education@zencaregiving.org, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. It may not be possible to resolve the login issue right before a meditation session, but we will resolve it before the following Tuesday. We look forward to seeing you online.
