The Women in Education Leadership (WEL) Foundation – a Madison, Wisconsin–based nonprofit – champions a single, powerful vision: unlocking the potential of girls and women through transformative education and leadership development.

Girls for Girls (G4G) shares that mission. Operating mentoring circles in 27 countries, G4G equips young women (aged 15 +) with the confidence, skills, and network they need to step into leadership.

Now, WEL and G4G are joining forces to launch the G4G Diaspora Cohort 2025 – the first milestone of WEL Foundation’s new Leadership Champions Fellowship (LCF).

Finish the cohort, become a Fellow. Graduates move straight into WEL Fellowship status.
