Join us for the third Well Beyond Onco-Ballet Workshop, a special event hosted by Well Beyond Breast Cancer and The Onco-Ballet™ Foundation, two nonprofit organizations devoted to improving the quality of life of those impacted by cancer.

What to Expect:

A 75-minute Movement Class: Engage in an Onco-Ballet™ dance class adapted with therapeutic exercises used in physical therapy to support your mobility, flexibility, and strength during and after breast cancer treatments. Absolutely no dance experience is needed - this is all about fun, movement, and feeling good!
A 30-minute Lymphatic Flow: Unwind with a calming session designed for those at risk for or living with lymphedema. Through guided breathing, self-massage techniques, and gentle movement, this session will support lymphatic health, ease muscle tension, and help you feel restored.
Exclusive Goodie Bag: Head home with a special gift bag filled with thoughtful surprises.

Dress Attire: Anything you are comfortable moving in!

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, as a portion of the workshop will be on the floor. A limited number of chairs will be available.

The Onco-Ballet™ Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to offering no cost ballet classes to those facing cancer through donor funding to spark joy, facilitate healing and self expression through ballet. They believe that dancing together in community through ballet movement is a big part of ones healing journey as it can help you get out of your mind and into your body. Created by 2x young breast cancer survivor and former ballet dancer, Onco-Ballet™ was designed specifically for those facing cancer to give everyone impacted by cancer a safe space to express themselves through ballet movement.

Well Beyond Breast Cancer (WBBC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of the breast cancer community by expanding access to Breast Cancer Rehabilitation. WBBC expands equitable access to Breast Cancer Rehabilitation through its Financial Assistance Program, educational initiatives, and advocacy efforts, so more people can get the specialized care they need to live well beyond breast cancer.
