Wellesley gave us the tools to speak up. It's time for us to fund the future.

Everything I learned at Wellesley shaped my values and informed my identity. Last year, those teachings inspired me to form Q+ Collective, a nonprofit hub of resources and expert services built to support queer and trans leaders, small businesses, and organizations.

Right now, queer and trans people are under direct and explicit attack. In the 2024 election, $215 million was spent on anti-trans TV ads - that's $134 spent against each trans person in the United States. Queer entrepreneurs are too often denied the resources they need to grow their businesses and face the constant, increasing threats of harassment and legal challenges.

Q+ Collective is a safe place for business leaders to turn. As queer professionals ourselves, we understand the values, challenges, and opportunities of our community in ways larger firms can’t. Unlike other organizations, we are run by and dedicated to uplifting the queer community. We embed risk assessment into everything we do, helping small businesses get set up safely and established organizations protect their teams and communities while standing firm in their values.
