Supporting Arab Arts this Arab American Heritage Month!

Celebrate Arab American Heritage Month by becoming a monthly sustainer of Arab Art in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond!

For over 20 years, Zawaya has been a pillar of culture, art, and music for the Bay Area's diverse Arabic-speaking population. Since Aswat Ensemble's first performance in 2000, we have consistently brought you music, poetry, and dance from all corners of the Arab world. Just imagine the hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands of hours our community members have collectively spent humming, strumming, and drumming to the beat of the darbukah. 

Of course, we couldn't have accomplished any of this without the support and participation of our beloved community, and so we ask you today: can you support by becoming a monthly sustaining donor? 

Your monthly contribution will help Zawaya: 1) expand its legacy of providing quality community programming to the Northern California's Arab diaspora; and 2) contribute to intercultural solidarity and collaboration in the arts.
