What the Cluck?

The What the Cluck? program teaches people appropriate husbandry skills for domestic quail and chickens. We raise several coveys of quail. These birds serve as ambassador animals for training and discovery events, and the eggs provide us with the raw materials to each people how to cook and serve quail eggs as a substitute for chicken eggs.

Proceeds from this program support food, bedding, and veterinary care for the coveys.
