Individuals, particularly young black men, who find themselves coping with life crises including homelessness, release from incarceration, aging out of the foster care system, and other unstable home life situations can benefit from job training, hot meals, and other programs, but without a safe and secure place to stay, it can be tremendously difficult for them to find their way to self-sufficiency. Holistic transitional housing programs can give these individuals in need the opportunity to pursue self-improvement without having to worry about where they're going to sleep each night. Wherever We Are has been organized to provide transitional housing to young black men in need who are working to improve their quality of life. 

Our programs are comprehensive in that we understand the importance of education, mental and physical healthcare combined with positive influences are essential in changing the trajectory of the lives of the people we serve.
