Happy New Year! 🎉 As we welcome 2026, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your support of the Local Wellness Foundation. I am happy to share we had a productive 2025, and we are excited to carry this momentum into the new year.

At the Local Wellness Foundation, we are committed to not only offering meaningful classes and workshops but also to genuinely listening to the evolving needs of our community. This year, we have identified a significant demand for community care and more healing through movement. Way we are ramping up our offereing are focusing on providing trauma-informed and adaptive sessions (designed to be inclusive for individuals with special abilities).

To make these sessions accessible, we are seeking donations that will allow us to offer them for free or at a heavily discounted rate. Every contribution, no matter the size, will have a profound impact in service area 7 and specifically Whittier.

Family Yoga - January 17 (Donation Goal: $300)
Grief and Trauma 5-Week Program by January 24^th (Donation Goal: $2000)
