Help Us Rewild, Restore, and Reconnect South Africa’s Wildlife Landscapes

Global Conservation Force is taking bold next steps in rhino and wildlife conservation through strategic habitat expansion and the creation of vital wildlife corridors. Building on our earlier successes under the Save The Horns initiative, we are now scaling our efforts to protect and reconnect fragmented habitats across key wildlife regions in South Africa.

From 2025 to 2030, GCF is working with local partners to purchase high-priority land parcels that will serve multiple purposes:

• Rewilding and restoring natural ecosystems

• Expanding existing protected areas

• Creating wildlife corridors that allow safe movement for rhinos, elephants, and other native species

• Developing a new conservation training center and educational outreach hub for youth, local communities, and international learners

These land acquisitions are part of a strategic, long-term puzzle—adding the missing pieces to open up safe, sustainable habitat for wildlife while creating new opportunities for conservation education and career development.
