The WIMOs Mentoring Program supports women in maritime as they advance in leadership, responsibility, and career growth. Since launching in March 2023, we’ve successfully matched 76 mentor–protégé pairs.

To keep the program free and accessible to both members and non-members, our 2026 goal is to raise $7,000 through donations and sponsorships. These funds will support educational programming, networking events, and professional development resources for program participants.
