The Wadadli Initiative for Self-care and Healing (WISH) is working to strengthen mental health awareness and emotional wellbeing in Antigua and Barbuda. Mental health challenges are increasingly affecting young people and communities across the Caribbean, yet stigma and limited resources often prevent open conversation and early support.

WISH is addressing this gap through community awareness initiatives, youth engagement programs, and digital wellbeing tools such as the WISH Mood Tracker. These initiatives help individuals understand their emotional health, recognize patterns in their wellbeing, and build supportive environments where conversations about mental health can happen openly.

Support from this campaign will help expand mental health education, strengthen youth wellbeing initiatives, and grow digital resources that encourage everyday care for emotional wellbeing.
