Whether it’s for your mom, prom date, a new grad, or simply to brighten your day, craft the perfect floral arrangement while supporting WomenNC’s Scholars Program.

About The Cause:

The WomenNC Scholars Program is at the heart of our mission to empower youth in addressing gender disparity in North Carolina. Our scholars have consistently presented their research at the Local to Global Forum, advocating for policy solutions that improve the status quo. Your support will directly fund this impactful program, helping students develop critical advocacy skills and conduct essential research.

In addition to the Scholars Program, WomenNC serves as a vital educational resource for gender equality advocates through our "Critical Conversations" series. These engaging sessions feature expert panelists discussing pressing issues like sex trafficking, the potential passage of the ERA, and access to sexual and reproductive healthcare.

We also lead the Cities for CEDAW campaign in North Carolina, successfully advocating for municipalities like Durham County and Durham City to pass resolutions supporting gender equity. These efforts create sustainable mechanisms for change, ensuring that local programs address barriers faced by women.

Youth Ambassadors of Service is a youth-led 501(c)3 that teaches high schoolers and other students how to get into the service community. Leaders teach their peers how to host drives, fundraisers, events, and other initiatives to find a lifelong passion for service.
