Bold Steps and Bright Stars
Women's History Month celebrates the bold steps women have taken throughout history, from Marie Curie's discoveries in science, to Wangari Maathai's environmental movement in Kenya, to Malala Yousafzai's advocacy for girls' education.
Women's History Month is also a time to celebrate NYOTA Leadership Program graduates, bright stars taking bold steps. They initiate policies to improve working conditions and reunite families separated by war. They build businesses and create jobs.
In fact, it is estimated that the 2024 and 2025 graduates of NYOTA have had a direct impact on more than 9000 children, women, and men!
The Bold Steps and Bright Stars Campaign goal of $1,000 will fund two retreats that bring graduates together to share stories, encourage one another, and build on leadership skills.
Celebrate Women's History Month with a donation to Impact Now so NYOTA graduates can continue to shine as Bright Stars and take Bold Steps.
