2021 was an incredible year for us 🥳 Thanks to your support we accomplished these incredible milestones:

1) We’ve created a first-of-its kind iOS and Android App that safely and securely connects LGBTQ+ mentees and mentors.

2) We’ve grown to a community of more than 500 users, and through our platform more than 175 mentor/mentee matches have occurred – connecting struggling LGBTQ+ mentees throughout the United States to background-checked and verified mentors for support, guidance, and friendship.

3) We’ve reached thousands of individuals online through our Community Spotlight Interviews, where we’ve highlighted LGBTQ+ topics and issues that don’t receive the necessary resources and attention.

4) We’ve collaborated with a wide range of industry leaders like Whitman Walker Health, The Trevor Project, National LGBTQ+ Centers, and so many others to expand our impact and outreach and provide our mentors and mentees with the best resources to facilitate an empowering mentorship.

5) We’ve provided a platform and tools for countless queer individuals to develop the strength and courage to come out to their families and communities, navigate being out in professional settings, meet affirming religious mentors and congregations, find answers to health and wellness questions, locate local affirming doctors – and so much more.

6) We've truly made a difference in the LGBTQ+ Community this year 🏳️‍🌈💬 “Worthy Mentoring for me has been something that I am truly grateful for. And we’re just getting started! As we look ahead to 2022, we’ve set our sights on goals to drastically scale our impact and outreach to the LGBTQ+ in all parts of the US – but we need your help!
