GOALKEEPER TRAINING AREA

WSA Soccer will create a GOALKEEPER SPECIFIC training area for all club goalkeepers. 

The area will be located at the NORTH end of the facility, near the Ken Lovelee Clubhouse. 

The area will be larger than the size of a full-sized 18-yard box (over 7,000 square feet).

THE PROJECT

Phase I: 2025 Summer - NOW! 
1. Install irrigation (2025) $5K
2. TopDress the surface w/ new dirt & compact (2025) $1K
4. Treat the surface (fertilizer, weed control, mowing) $1K
5. Lightpoles & Lights (dusk to dawn solar powered lights) $4K
6. Add equipment (Training Dummies, Ladders, Weighted Balls, Ladders, etc) $1K

COST OF PHASE I OF PROJECT: $12K

1. Level Up the Surface (new material & grading) - $3K
2. Add Seating Areas & Shade for outdoor commune area for Goalkeepers - $1.5K 
3. Add Signage & Branding - $1K
4. Build out the Storage Pod to a Filming & Viewing Area - $5K
