Giveaway runs from September 22, 2024-September 30, 2024 with Winner announced the first week of October.

Trip Giveaway Terms and Conditions: 

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Western Sports Foundation and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

2. Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants donate to Western Sports Foundation during the specified entry period. Each donation will constitute one entry into the giveaway.

3. Prize: The prize includes 2 night stay at Resorts World, 2 tickets to the 12/13 NFR perf (Friday), 2 VIP Tickets to Rodeo Vegas, Rodeo Vegas Jacket, Yeti Crossroads 22” Luggage. 

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within 3 days of the giveaway's closing date.

5. Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize Acceptance: The winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, as well as a publicity release, within 14 days of notification.

7. Travel Dates: The tickets and trip dates will be determined by Western Sports Foundation and are subject to availability.

8. General Conditions: The giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win.
