Our dedicated team, including full-time, university-educated staff based in Kenya, is deeply involved in the daily lives of our students. They offer mentorship, guidance, and resources, helping students navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom. Since our inception, we've awarded 281 scholarships, with 131 students currently in high school, 70 advancing to university and 64 to vocational school. Our commitment to gender equality is evident, as we divide all funds equally between girls and boys, empowering young women to overcome societal barriers and pursue their dreams.

Our impact extends beyond individual students. In Dago, Kenya, we've more than doubled the number of students graduating from high school, with average KCPE scores increasing by 40%. The performance gap between girls and boys has narrowed significantly, from 20% to just 3%, reflecting our dedication to equitable education.
