Through camps, clinics, workshops, and educational programs, we equip young female athletes and the coaches who support them with evidence-based education on female health, nutrition, mental performance, leadership, and building a lifelong love of running. We are committed to removing barriers to participation by providing scholarships, expanding programming into communities across the country, and creating meaningful opportunities for girls to grow in confidence both on and off the course.
