During Hurricane Helene, many of our first responders, linemen, and other local heroes went above and beyond to provide for the needs of our citizens. There has been an overwhelming sense of gratitude to those who worked tirelessly to cut us out of our homes, delivered food, water and other essentials, opened up our roads and restored power and water. In light of this great work we are hosting a day of appreciation to offer a free meal to the Heroes in our city.
