Brody Ohana Fund Program Support
The Brody Ohana Fund offers grief support through private, and small group licensed counseling, and mental wellness programs focused on self-esteem, resilience, and bullying prevention.
Brody Alexander Watson died tragically on February 24, 2022; a few weeks shy of his 13th birthday. The Watson Family now has a mission to honor Brody the best way they know how, by helping others.
• Stop Bullying • Be Kind • Mental Health Matters
Since our amazing Brody Walk last fall, Ohana has continued to expand their programs and help more people. Without your love and support this would not be possible. We also ask that you share Brody’s story with others that want to be a part of an Ohana (Family) that is making a positive difference in lives. Our top goal is to honor Brody’s memory by spreading kindness and doing all we can to help others in need.
The Watsons thank you from the bottom of their hearts. Keep Being Kind for Brody!!!! #BKIND4BRODY
The Brody Ohana Fund is under Ohana Preservation Foundation. Ohana Preservation Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization (EIN 83-4344151).
Ohana Preservation Foundation's mission is to promote resilience and foster healing for vulnerable children, families, and caregivers through animal-assisted activities, horticulture, and expressive arts by offering individual/group counseling and creative wellness programs. At Ohana, we provide innovative and creative ways to address mental healing, without cost being a barrier to care.
On our 81-acre farm, we have found that many are able to build trust and love through animals and find healing amongst nature, instead of a traditional office setting. This includes youth suffering from anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation; those currently in juvenile centers; those admitted to hospice or have a significant illness; those in need of grief support who have lost a parent, child, or sibling; caregivers struggling with compassion fatigue; and those who have experienced trauma, such as bullying, sexual assault and human trafficking.
